Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
Focus on SMB sales, primarily through outbound activities
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth
Monitor and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals
Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams for prompt follow-up
Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals meeting client and company standards
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, documenting all sales activities
Requirements
Intermediate or fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2)
Proven experience in sales, preferably outbound or business development
Achievement-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient with CRM systems and general computer literacy
Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting
Previous experience with channel partners or channel sales is a plus
