Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Full responsibility for all core finance activities (accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, compliance)
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
* Drive financial performance analysis and KPIs
* Strong involvement in industrial and operational controlling
* Support CAPEX evaluation and investment follow-up
* Lead and motivate multi-site finance teams in a multicultural environment
* Oversee finance systems and process improvement (SAP a plus)
* Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years' experience as Finance Director
