Gestión Del Cambio
* Mantenimiento reactivo - soporte ante incidencias
* Mantenimiento preventivo - realización de tareas preventivas de las diferentes soluciones, plan de actualizaciones, monitorización y rendimiento de los recursos
* Gestión directa con fabricantes (soporte, consultoría…)
* Ejecución de pruebas de concepto (PoC) para nuevas soluciones
* Diseño e implantación de nuevas soluciones/proyectos
* Elaboración de documentación técnica
* Automatización de procesos operativos
Responsabilidades Clave
* Participar en revisiones post‑mortem y planes de mejora continua.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad y estándares de calidad.
Who You Are
Experiencia de al menos 10 años en tecnologías de Networking/Seguridad perimetral:
* Firewalling (Checkpoint, Fortigate, Palo Alto)
* Deseable experiencia en Checkpoint Maestro
* Load Balancer (F5 BIG‑IP)
* Switching (Cisco ACI)
* Gestión integral de plataformas WiFi
Competencias Adicionales
* Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
* Experiencia en coordinación y gestión de equipos de IT
* Capacidad para liderar proyectos técnicos en entornos complejos
* Conocimientos en automatización y scripting (Python, Ansible)
* Experiencia en entornos de automatización de red (DevNet)
Certificaciones Técnicas Deseables
* CCNA, CCNP (Cisco)
* NS4 o equivalente (Fortinet)
* Certificación ITIL
