Bacardi – Sales Representative
Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain
Responsibilities
As part of the On‑Trade team, contribute to deliver our objectives: EFO & new model.
Accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On‑Trade customers.
Negotiate in Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximise Bacardi’s performance at On‑Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
Be available to work at night, visiting clients and checking activation levers.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial; field sales experience preferred.
Demonstrable affinity with On‑Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
Solid ability to organise your work independently and effectively.
Solid negotiation skills.
Good communicator and an active listener.
Team player.
