Responsibilities Develop and implement a Procurement Change programme for the EMEA data center construction space. Manage operational and project teams for procurement improvement projects. Work with Construction and Procurement teams to streamline vendor relationships, focusing on tier 2 and tier 3 vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Apply lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and optimize vendor performance. Create and implement change programmes to raise the maturity of the procurement function and collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce costs. Develop mechanisms and metrics to manage improved internal processes. Identify wasteful processes, analyze data and market trends to increase the business impact of procurement. Create global Procurement processes and tools to drive innovation across teams. Influence customers and suppliers at all levels while maintaining high customer focus and business judgement. Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer timelines and succeed in a fast‑paced environment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field. Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations. Experience in strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis.
