Overview
We are looking for a Commerce Specialist to join an international project focused on optimizing catalog, content, and conversion performance on Amazon and Walmart.
What We're Looking For: a professional with experience in marketplaces (primarily Amazon), performance-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous catalog and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
Continuous catalog optimization by SKU / parent-SKU
Improvement of content (titles, bullets, A+ Content, structure) to maximize visibility and conversion
Performance analysis (CVR, sales, content quality) and recommendation of actions
Implementation of incremental, data-driven improvements
Management and operation of ALAN Commerce Studio (setup + ongoing management)
Monthly prioritization of actions based on business impact
Definition and tracking of deliverables (special focus on the first 90 days)
Coordination with internal teams (data, strategy, operations)
Participation in test & learn initiatives (A/B testing on Amazon)
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years in eCommerce / marketplaces (ideally Amazon)
Experience in catalog and content optimization
Experience working with conversion and performance metrics
Technical Skills
Amazon Vendor/Seller Central (highly valued)
Product listing optimization (SEO + conversion)
Data analysis (Excel or other tools)
Catalog management or feed management tools (nice to have)
Languages
Advanced English

Analytical and results-oriented profile
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple SKUs
Proactive and autonomous mindset
Strong communication skills with stakeholders
