The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, mobile-first interfaces, and delivering intuitive, visually appealing experiences across iOS and Android platforms.Key Responsibilities- Lead the mobile app design user experiences activities.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile applications.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.- Ensure consistency by using design systems, style guides, and branding across mobile platforms.- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.- Stay updated with the latest mobile design trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Technologies- Prototyping & Wireframing: Figma, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator- Mobile Platforms: iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design- User Research & Testing: Usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluation- Collaboration Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Teams- Additional Skills: Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and design systemsQualifications- Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.- 8–10 years of professional experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications.- Proven portfolio showcasing case study on mobile app design projects.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working in Agile environments.
