Responsibilities
1. Analyze requirements and participate in technical project design.
2. Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project goals.
3. Optimize application performance and identify technical risks, proposing solutions.
4. Collaborate with technology providers and document processes.
5. Validate solutions against business needs, train end users, and implement technological advancements.
6. Ensure quality standards, generate documentation, and contribute to team training.
7. Share technical knowledge within the community and evaluate innovative products.
Knowledge / Experience
1. Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
3. Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
knowledge of other clouds is a plus.
4. Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
5. Understanding of DevOps/Agile and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles.
6. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
7. Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
