AIRBUS offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover I 2026 / 2027 – starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February.
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

Program Overview
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The internship will start in early March 2026 and will last 11 months (August unavailable for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) and you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Duties
- Generate and program dashboards from definition to programming if needed (Gamini, SAP…)
- Costs Management
- Planning Management and creation
- Meetings delegation and support
- VSM Team activities
- Costs Improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Engineering degree – Recent graduates
- English: Negotiation level
- Spanish: Negotiation level
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills
- Ability to work in complex and international environments
