In this role you will lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Sports Medicine SOEUR territory in Southern Europe, driving growth of the arthroscopy portfolio. You will work with a cross-functional sales team to develop opportunities and tailor our value proposition to key accounts. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery, influencing complex projects from opportunity to delivery. Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing within healthcare
• Strong knowledge of the arthroscopy market, customers and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop specialist teams
• Technical or engineering background is ideal for credibility in complex product discussions
• Strong English communication; Italian and/or Portuguese desirable for SOEUR territory
