It focuses on delivering high-quality products and services to clients while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Support the General Manager in the daily comprehensive operational management of the German subsidiary: ensuring order, compliance, and process efficiency.- Progressive assumption of responsibilities in Marketing and Innovation.- Support Francis in defining and implementing the innovation and marketing strategy of the Anhydritec BU.- Development of construction solutions and partnerships to strengthen the innovation strategy.- Identification of improvement opportunities.- Promote knowledge and process transfer between the different companies in the Innovation strategy ans secure an alignment of the strategy through the BU.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing or similar.
