Support the day-to-day operations of the Product teamMaintain and update documentation, trackers, and knowledge repositoriesEnsure product information is accurate and consistent across toolsExecute and improve recurring Product Operations processesIdentify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvementsPrepare reports and dashboards, turning data into actionable insightsEnsure data accuracy and reliability across systemsCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teamsFollow up on action items and ensure smooth communication between stakeholdersWhat are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data, Technology, business, or a related field No prior professional experience required (internships are a plus)Professional level of English and Spanish both spoken and written Strong organizational and time-management skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to work with data and digital toolsProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve processesStrong communication and collaboration skillsInterest in Product, technology, and continuous improvementWhat do we offer?
