About the position :
At Carrots Lab, we specialize in digital marketing, focusing on affiliation and search-to-search arbitrage to generate high-quality traffic in sectors such as finance, apps, gaming, and health. We are part of the Phosphenes Group.
Part of what we do :
* Affiliation : We create optimized digital content and negotiate advertising deals.
* Search-to-Search Arbitrage : We purchase traffic on Google and Bing and maximize profits through our own search engine.
Our goal is clear : optimize every euro invested and maximize the performance of every campaign.
Responsibilities :
* End-to-End Campaign Management : Build, launch, and scale high-performing search campaigns on Google and Bing.
* Client Relations & Negotiation : Maintain and grow relationships with clients, optimize payouts, and provide detailed performance reporting.
* Optimization & Analytics : Monitor daily campaign metrics, leverage data to refine targeting and bidding strategies, and maximize ROI.
* Performance Reporting : Regularly update leadership and clients on key performance indicators, trends, and growth opportunities.
* Tracking & Attribution : Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, or similar platforms to measure campaign success and optimize flows.
What you’ll bring :
* Proven experience managing Google Search and Bing Search campaigns.
* Knowledge in search-to-search arbitrage (preferred) or affiliate marketing (strong plus).
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing ROI.
* Ability to negotiate payouts and optimize revenue streams with clients and networks.
* Hands-on experience with tracking and analytics tools, including :
* Campaign management and bidding tools : SEMrush, WordStream, Marin Software, Kenshoo (Skai), SpyFu.
* Sales & Business Development : Actively seek and secure new client relationships, negotiate contracts, and expand commercial networks.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a performance-driven environment.
