In CPX- PMO (Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office) we support in all the process, transactional and analytics activities to CPX organization to reach the main KPIs and purposes.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the PMO Team Leader for Documentation in MED, will assume the responsibilities described below for this countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey and Greece.
- Download, organize and store necessary documents for the projects: contracts, costs, serial numbers, letters from customers and suppliers...
- Documentation related to local requirements for each country
- Communication with Service Team and Project Managers to inform about: costs, hours, service orders, dates...
**Qualifications**
- Studies in documentation, business administration or similar
- 1-3 years of experience working with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Experience with SAP or similar softwares.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian.
