Join a leading global organization’s internal IT department as an IT Support Specialist (Level 2), providing hands-on and remote technical support across a wide range of systems, hardware, and applications. You’ll be part of a tech operations team that plays a key role in ensuring seamless employee experiences with technology.
What You’ll Do
Provide on-site support and remote assistance for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, escalating when necessary
Document incidents and solutions in ServiceNow and internal knowledge bases (e.g., Atlassian Confluence)
Ensure compliance with SLAs and support inventory management of hardware and software assets
Plan and execute hardware refresh cycles and corrective maintenance activities
Manage vendor warranties and coordinate with third-party providers
(Optional) Provide Apple ecosystem support – MacBook Pro, iPhone, iPad

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in on-site IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, antivirus, and standard IT equipment
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Apple ecosystem knowledge is a plus
Comfortable planning and managing refresh cycles and incident resolution
Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunications, Systems Electronics, or a related field
Spanish: Fluent (required); English: Upper-Intermediate
