Your mission for Pharma division Define, validate and execute the medical & patient strategy in the country to which he/she is attached.
Guarantee the deployment of the medical plan in the country to which he/she is attached.
Guarantee the accuracy and medical relevance of all initiatives in the country to which he/she is attached.
Guarantee compliance and ethics in all local medical activities.
Represent Pierre Fabre with healthcare professionals, patient associations and healthcare authorities.
Manage the teams in the country to which he/she is attached and ensure the operational excellence of his/her activities.
Who you are Formation Doctor, pharmacist, PhD or master's level scientific training.
5-8 years of experience in a medical department/medical affairs, ideally in the pathology/product(s) concerned.
Advanced medical knowledge.
Experience in developing, federating and maintaining a network of Health Authorities, Health Professionals, Professional Societies, and Patient Associations.
Ability to define priorities for action and allocate resources within available resources and deadlines.
Mastery of the challenges of digital and omnichannel for medical and patient affairs.
Mastery of relevant regulations and guidelines (FDA and EU) and experience in interactions with health authorities and market access.
Excellent knowledge of the competitive environment for medicines in the market and in research and development pipelines.
Analytical and strategic thinking with excellent leadership skills.
High level of ethics and integrity.
Languages Spanish – Full professional proficiency.
English – Full professional proficiency.
