We are currently seeking a Global Sales Manager to join our Global Trading & Risk Sales team. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

Performance Objectives

* Responsible for weekly forecasts for month, quarter, and year
* Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, business development, product, and other functions on go-to-market plans and sales target execution
* Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program
* Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals to coordinate sales distribution
* Assign sales territories to sales personnel
* Serve as escalation point for sales calls, providing daily coaching to develop sales professionals and advance deals
* Analyze sales statistics to formulate policies and assist dealers in promoting sales
* Be an expert on the sales process and coach sales professionals accordingly
* Review market analyses to understand customer needs, volume potential, pricing, and discounts, and develop sales campaigns
* Represent the company at industry association meetings to promote products
* Act as liaison between sales and other departments
* Conduct sales meetings, pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and forecast meetings
* Apply advanced knowledge of the job area, obtained through education and experience
* Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans impacting results
* Communicate effectively with leadership
* Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by reports, customers, and stakeholders
* Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results
* Manage a team of experienced professionals exercising independence in their assignments

Candidate Profile

To succeed, the senior sales professional should have:

* Proven success in SaaS sales
* Experience in Trading & Risk or Energy highly desired
* At least 8 years of sales experience
* At least 3 years managing a high-performing new business sales team of 5+ members
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a humble, curious mindset
* Energetic, collaborative, with a competitive edge
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a focus on prospecting new business
* Excellent communication skills
* A proven track record of consistent sales growth and quota achievement
* Ability to conduct solution-oriented sales processes, including qualification, decision-maker engagement, budgeting, proposal drafting, and closing
* Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and a #oneTeam mentality
