Key Responsibilities:Strategic SourcingManage sourcing activities across indirect categories such as Marketing, Professional Services, IT, Facilities, HR services, and Corporate Services.Conduct RFPs, RFQs, and competitive bidding processes to ensure best value for the organization.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals. Supplier ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and contractual compliance.Support supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and performance reviews. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with internal stakeholders across departments to understand procurement needs.Provide procurement guidance and support business units in purchasing decisions.Ensure alignment between procurement strategies and operational requirements.
