Your role will be to drive sales and lead generation through a combination of creative avenues, digital roadmaps and automation.
Responsibilities
Designing and running paid campaigns that focus on quality over volume
Setting up automated nurture flows, scoring leads and integrating with CRM systems
Building out LinkedIn content calendars and repurposing blogs, podcasts and case studies into targeted campaigns
Analysing performance, running A/B tests and using data to continually improve results
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and aligned
Qualifications
4+ years' experience in growth or performance marketing
Confident running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Hands-on with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
Strong track record of building content strategies that drive engagement and leads
Analytical and comfortable proving ROI through metrics, dashboards and testing
