This role is not just onboarding — you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns with long-term impact.

What You'll DoOnboard and manage a portfolio of new business clients

Develop and launch high-performing PPC / Google Ads campaigns

Understand client objectives and provide tailored digital strategies

Drive upselling, increased ad spend, and long-term account growth

Manage a high volume of outbound interactions (calls, emails, CRM updates)

Build strong relationships and position yourself as a strategic advisor

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and scalability

What We're Looking For

~2 years experience in sales, digital marketing, or account management

Strong understanding or interest in Google Ads / PPC / digital marketing ecosystem

Experience working with clients in a target-driven environment

Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, persuasive way

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and accounts

Market-Specific StrengthsGerman Market:Understanding of German business culture & decision-making

Ability to engage structured, ROI-focused clients

Awareness of GDPR and data privacy expectations

Understanding of multilingual environments and stakeholder complexity

Ability to manage diverse client expectations across NL/BE

Strong adaptability and communication flexibility
