We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Specialist who wants to grow a global lifestyle brand and make a real impact.

Your Mission
You will play a key role in shaping how the world experiences Zoco Home, both offline and online. From campaign ideas to execution and optimization, you’ll turn creativity into measurable growth.
What You'll do
* Create concepts and execute creative marketing campaigns across all channels.
* Create engaging and high-quality concepts for: online, emails, paid ads and offline
* Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns (Meta, Google, remarketing)
* Continuously improve our e-commerce experience — from product presentation to conversion optimization.
* Analyze performance data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the design and sales teams to align creativity with business goals.
* Stay ahead of trends in off - and online marketing, e-commerce, and the home & lifestyle industry.
Who you are
* You have 3+ years of experience in marketing and campaign execution.
* You combine creative thinking with performance-driven strategy .
* You have hands-on experience with Shopify / E-commerce platforms, Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager, Google Ads among others
* You’re a strong copywriter who knows how to write content that converts.
* You’re fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
* You’re based in the Málaga area .
