We are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Health & Safety Manager (She/He)for our industrial site in Girona.
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our industrial site in Girona.
Reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the HSE EMEA Manager, you will lead our plant's Health & Safety function. Lead and Coordinate all preventive activities, managing external prevention services, occupational health providers, and contractor coordination (CAE platform).
Drive Investigations into workplace accidents and incidents, with a sharp focus on operational equipment safety.
Analyze & Report key performance indicators (KPIs) on accident rates and preventive compliance to senior management.
Develop and Deliver comprehensive health and safety training programs for all staff.
Oversee all legalizations and authorizations to ensure Health & Safety compliance, while also providing support for environmental regulations and permits.
Secretary of the plant's Health & Safety Committee.
Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Technician of the plant.
Active member of the plant's Food Defense team.
Additional postgraduate qualification: Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.
Proficiency in English.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment, preferably in the chemical or food sector.
