We are looking for a motivated and analytical Provisioning & Telecom Operations Specialist to join the teamfor one of our clients (direct hiring)
In this role you will manage service provisioning, activations, and number portability, ensuring accurate system updates. You will resolve escalations, support customer service, and coordinate with partners to maintain service quality.
SKILLS :
* 2+ years of experience in telecom operations or customer support (preferably MVNO/MNO -Mobile Virtual Network Operator companies)
* Familiarity with telecom provisioning systems, CRM, and billing tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (technical teams, MNO, customer care).
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Handle provisioning and activation of mobile (prepaid/postpaid/eSIM) and fixed-line services ( TV when will be applicable).
* Coordinate SIM/eSIM management, number portability, and technical activation via MVNE/MNO platforms.
* Monitor service orders, customer tickets, and resolve discrepancies in billing, charging, or provisioning.
* Support the frontline customer service with escalations and backend problem resolution.
* Manage service suspensions, reactivations, and disconnections based on customer requests or credit status.
* Ensure accurate data entry and system updates in CRM, billing.
* Collaborate with MNOs, infrastructure partners, and vendors to troubleshoot service issues.
* Execute regular data consistency checks between MVNO platforms and MNO core network.
SCHEDULE :
* 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
* 3 days of office work | 2 days by remote.
