Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guestsTrain and coach the teamUtilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every daySet an example by maintaining excellent knowledge and proficiency in restaurant operationsProvide coaching and feedback to the teamSupervise according to GPS values, traits, and behaviorsDemonstrate strong problem-solving skillsFollow and enforce all cash policies;
address and document violationsPerform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General ManagerJob Requirements
0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail settingExcellent customer service skillsAbility to perform under pressure in a high-volume settingMust be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the USPhysical Requirements
Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reachingAbility to work in warm and cold temperaturesStand for 8-10 hoursLift up to 20 lbsBenefits
