In this Tech Programmer role at Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile, you will help shape the mobile gaming pipeline by building robust, maintainable tooling and gameplay systems. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient workflows, editor tooling, and build processes that support production and QA. You’ll tackle real-time systems like events managers and asset pipelines, while ensuring code quality and project stability. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a global leader in mobile games with a culture of ownership and knowledge sharing.

• Analyze development needs and assess feasibility to support the production team
• Review code and asset integration across development stages to ensure structured, controlled projects
• Support tools and systems in the development pipeline (editors, plugins, source control, build processes)
• Create automation for build delivery to serve Production and QC needs
• Develop complex systems (real-time events managers, asset bundles managers, editor tools)
• Analyze and fix defects in tools/engine/pipelines; identify bottlenecks and report risks
• Understand SDK roadmaps and their integration; write robust, optimized, maintainable code
• Document work to enable users to understand new systems and functions
• Carry out related tasks as needed
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of software development experience or demonstrated strong software development skills
• Excellent C# and Unity programming skills; strong Unity workflow and integration knowledge
• Familiarity xpzdshu with C++, Java, Kotlin, and/or Objective-C
• Solid foundation in CS and software engineering (data structures, algorithms, design)
• Comfortable maintaining and improving existing solutions
Requisitos principales
• Ticket Restaurant: 220 per month
• Flexible working hours (40h/week, with start times 8–10, or 7:30 onsite)
