Mission
Support and accelerate the digital transformation of Roca's manufacturing operations by implementing Industry 4.0 technologies that enhance efficiency, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Impact
You’ll be a key player in integrating cutting‑edge solutions like IoT, AI/ML, and RPA, ensuring their successful adoption and alignment with our global strategy.
What You’ll Do
* Lead Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.
* Develop and maintain the Industry 4.0 roadmap.
* Own and manage applications such as AVEVA Suite, Power Monitoring Expert, and Digital Kaizen.
* Coordinate internal and external teams and vendors.
* Manage projects, budgets, and supplier contracts.
* Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics.
* Drive change management and training programs.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and maintain certifications.
* Mentor team members and foster innovation.
Profile Description
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
* 5+ years leading Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives.
* 3+ years in project management.
* Technical expertise in Industry 4.0 applications.
* Experience with near/offshore service models.
* Fluent in English.
Required
* Experience with AVEVA Suite, energy management tools, and other Industry 4.0 apps.
* 3+ full‑lifecycle projects in the context of Ind4.0, Energy management.
