About the RoleWe are currently seeking a motivated and experienced First Mate to join a 36m Support Vessel with a dynamic crew.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Bosun ready to step up, or a First Mate looking to grow further within a professional programme.
The vessel operates with two tenders, and the role requires strong large tender driving experience, solid seamanship, and hands‐on leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversight of deck operations
Management of deck team (6 crew onboard)
Large tender driving and operations (2 tenders)
General maintenance and deck organisation
Bridge support and navigational assistance
Assisting across departments when required

Candidate Profile
Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)
3–4 years industry experience
Previous management experience (Bosun or First Mate level)
Strong tender driving background
Confident, organised and proactive
Fluent English
Australian or English nationality preferred
Positive attitude and team player
