We are looking for a skilled Backend Java Developer to join our engineering team in the merchandising domain. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our core products. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, requirement engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and frameworks like HibernateDesign and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external applicationsExtend and enhance integration layers and componentsWrite clean, testable code and participate in code reviewsImplement automated unit tests (JUnit)Create and maintain technical documentationStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvementsWork with PostgreSQL databases and schema design tools like FlywayWhat you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in backend development with JavaStrong expertise in Spring Framework and microservices architectureProven experience with SQL databases and RESTful servicesFamiliarity with Git and version control workflowsNice to have: Experience with cloud platforms like AWSSolid problem-solving skills and attention to detailWhat we offer
