We're a startup and incubator building multiple products. When a new project kicks off or an existing one needs design work, we'll bring you in. /ppHere's how it works: we walk you through the company or product we're building — the problem it solves, who the users are, what they're buying. From there, you take it and run. We need you to think through the full user experience — not just make things look good, but design flows that make sense for real people making real purchasing decisions. /ppYou should be the kind of designer who asks the right questions upfront, thinks through edge cases on your own, and delivers designs that an engineering team can build from without a dozen rounds of clarification. /ppbr/ppbWHAT YOU'LL DO /b /pulliTake product specs and business context and translate them into complete, usable web application designs /liliThink deeply about how users will navigate the product, what actions they'll take, and where friction might exist /liliDesign with the buyer's journey in mind — understanding what users are purchasing and how the interface supports that decision /liliDeliver organized, developer-ready designs (Figma or equivalent) with clear component structures and interaction states /liliBe proactive about identifying UX gaps, inconsistencies, or missing flows before they become engineering problems /liliTurn projects around quickly without sacrificing quality — we move fast and need a designer who can keep pace /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /b /pulliA portfolio full of real, shipped applications. We want to see actual web apps you've designed that are live or were built and launched. Dribbble concepts and unsolicited redesigns won't cut it — we need to see work that real users interact with. /liliStrong product thinking. You don't just take orders — you think about why a screen exists, what the user is trying to accomplish, and whether the flow actually gets them there. /liliSpeed without sloppiness. We need someone who can deliver polished work on a startup timeline. If you need three weeks of discovery for every screen, this isn't the right fit. /liliThoroughness in UX. You think through the full picture — empty states, error handling, edge cases, mobile responsiveness, onboarding flows. Not just the happy path. /liliExperience designing transactional or commerce-oriented interfaces. Bonus if you've designed products where users are making purchasing decisions — SaaS dashboards, marketplaces, checkout flows, subscription products. /liliFigma proficiency. Clean, well-organized files with proper components, auto-layout, and clear naming. Your handoff should make an engineer's life easier, not harder. /li /ulpbr/ppbTHIS ISN'T THE RIGHT FIT IF /b /pulliYour portfolio is mostly branding, marketing sites, or design concepts. We specifically need web application design — dashboards, user flows, transactional interfaces. /liliYou need extensive hand-holding on product decisions. We'll give you the business context, but you should be able to make smart UX decisions without someone dictating every interaction. /liliYou can't communicate clearly in English. Our team operates primarily in English. You'll be receiving briefs and collaborating with leadership who may not speak Spanish — written and verbal fluency is required. /liliYou treat design as purely visual. We need someone who cares as much about usability and logic as they do about aesthetics. /li /ulpbr/ppbLOCATION ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE /b /ppThis role is remote for designers based in Latin America. Spanish is spoken on part of the team, but English fluency is required — you'll be collaborating directly with leadership who communicates in English. /ppThis is a retainer / project-based contract, not a full-time position. Volume will vary depending on what we're building at any given time.
