Mission
As Civil Works Manager, your mission is to organize resources for the execution of the solar park project, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, safety, and health standards, as well as implementing process improvements.
This role is for a new solar park construction project in FUENDETODOS, ZARAGOZA. The contract will be linked to this project.
Responsibilities
* Quality control on-site, considering the project schedule and potential deficiencies or other considerations like team importance.
* Verify, through measurements and visual inspections, that the Contractor and Construction Department adhere to Quality Assurance processes during civil works execution.
* Control a percentage of the work (IPPs / checklists) approved by the Construction Department, indicating inspections performed.
* Review quality documentation generated on-site and identify missing or sensitive quality documents from Contractors (calibration certificates, quality certificates, test results, IPPs).
* Report all issues found to the Quality Technician, document them in reports, and open non-conformities.
Job Requirements
* University degree or FPII in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year of experience.
* Experience in Civil Construction projects : Building or renewable energies.
* Knowledge and use of AutoCAD and MDT.
* Construction Safety Course (PRL) of 20 or 60 hours with certification.
