Continuous Improvement Lead – Process Mining Automation brAbout the role brWe are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead with strong expertise in automation and Process Intelligence to join a strategic transformation initiative within a large international organization. brThis role focuses on discovering and assessing automation opportunities across key business processes, particularly within finance and corporate functions. You will work at the intersection of process analysis, automation technologies, and AI-driven transformation, helping the organization identify high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance process performance. brYou will leverage Process Mining and Task Mining tools to analyze real operational data, uncover bottlenecks, and build data-driven business cases for automation initiatives. brWorking closely with business stakeholders, automation architects, and engineering teams, you will help define automation roadmaps using RPA, Gen AI, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities. brIf you enjoy combining business process understanding with advanced automation technologies to drive transformation, this role could be a great fit. brWhat you'll do brPartner with business stakeholders to analyze and map current-state and future-state business processes. brUse Process Mining and Task Mining tools (such as Ui Path Process Mining or Celonis) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. brDefine event log requirements and data models needed to run process mining analysis. brRun value discovery workshops to identify automation candidates and quantify business impact. brEvaluate automation feasibility using RPA, Gen AI and emerging Agentic AI solutions. brCollaborate with automation architects and engineering teams to define high-level solution designs and MVP scopes. brBuild business cases and value assessments including cost, ROI, payback, and operational impact. brDefine improvement actions to increase Straight Through Processing (STP) and reduce manual intervention. brWork with data and platform teams to extract and structure process data from enterprise systems. brCommunicate findings and recommendations through executive-ready presentations and workshops. brMust Have br6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or Digital Transformation roles. brProven experience identifying automation opportunities across business processes. brHands-on experience with Process Mining or Task Mining tools (Celonis, Ui Path Process Mining, Process Advisor, or similar). brStrong understanding of process analysis methodologies and process modelling (BPMN). brExperience working with RPA technologies (Ui Path, Power Automate, or similar). brAbility to understand and structure process event logs and operational data for process mining analysis. brExperience building business cases and automation roadmaps. brStrong stakeholder management and ability to work with both business and technical teams. brExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 level required). brNice to Have brExperience with Gen AI platforms (Open AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic or similar). brExposure to Agentic AI orchestration or AI-enabled automation. brCertifications in Process Mining (Celonis / Ui Path). brLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. brExperience in large multinational organizations. brExperience in finance transformation or enterprise process optimization. brExperience in industries such as aviation, travel, or large-scale corporate environments. brSpanish is a plus. brHybrid (2 days onsite) brWhy join this project? brPeople first – diverse and inclusive culture in an international environment. brModern cloud platforms and large-scale, global projects. brHigh team stability and collaborative culture. br€1200 per year training budget and continuous learning opportunities. brFlexible compensation model. brPrivate health insurance and benefits package. brFlexible working hours and hybrid model. br️ Wellhub: fitness, wellness, and mental health support. brFootball and paddle tennis teams sponsored by Capitole. brTeam buildings, global events, and strong tech communities. brWant to know more about us?
