Position Overview
Do you have a proven track record in launching crop protection products and building strong networks in the agri‑sector? Are you fluent in Spanish or Italian and eager to bring innovative solutions to market? At Globachem, we're looking for a Business Developer Innovations with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.
Responsibilities
- You lead pre‑launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
- You are well connected with a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers in at least Spain and Italy and are capable of building such a network in other South‑European countries.
- You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
- You work closely with your colleagues from Sales & Marketing and also across other departments such as R&D;, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
- You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Business Development Manager at our Headquarters in Belgium.
Qualifications
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in crop protection and experience in the launching of new products.
- You are fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English.
- You apply a strategic and commercial approach in managing your projects.
- You are a hands‑on self‑starter driven by innovation.
