Reporting line: Marketing Director.FunctionsDigital vision and planning:- Develop and manage the long-term product vision for our digital portfolio, backed by a strong product strategy.- Manage an ongoing Conversion Rate Optimisation programme. Onsite conversion will be one of the main KPIS.- Act as the main point of contact between the product function and wider business.- Recognise the needs of different areas of the business, from Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance – and ensure the needs of these groups are recognised in your product strategy.Analysis and Insights:- Be data and metric focused, ensuring benefits of deliverables are always measurable and drive clear impact against outcomes.- Use a range of different insights, from analytics, research, and competitors to inform decision making and roadmap prioritisation.Delivery:- Partner with IT to manage roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation.- Lead across functional team of digital professionals focused on the delivery of the digital portfolio.Communications:- Ensure a strong, clear, and fluid communication channel with our senior stakeholder groups.- Be comfortable leading workshops with business stakeholders as and when required.Requirements- Several years of experience working in a similar position, leading a small team of Product Manager/Owners- Demonstrated experience applying different product management frameworks and techniques for understanding priorities and customer needs.- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.- Experience in usability and customer-focused design. Confident in applying a broad range of different techniques to understand customer needs, rapidly ideate, and ultimately drive the direction of a product growth strategy.- Solid experience in a digital environment, with a record of achieving strong outcomes, particularly around lead generation and conversion optimization.- Proven experience in driving efficiencies and constructively challenging existing processes.- Demonstrable experience delivering CMS efficiencies, including migrations, component libraries, and related initiatives.- Experience managing multiple websites, with the ability to identify, standardise, and apply best practice across platforms.- Clear ability to build roadmaps that are focused on unlocking value early and often.- Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
