We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this key role, you will identify business opportunities, demonstrate how Dynamics 365 solutions can address client needs, and develop and execute go-to-market strategies. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to shape offerings and build strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years in business development, partnerships or project management within Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Experience in pre-sales and client-facing presentations/demos
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Strong marketing and business mindset
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central and its opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple projects from strategy to execution

- Experience in pre-sales and client-facing presentations/demos
- Willingness to travel if needed
- Foreign languages are welcomed
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze the market to identify opportunities based on business pain points
- Develop IT solution-based offers aligned with client needs
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies using channels such as advertising, events, and personal branding
- Lead business development activities: proposals, demos, event participation, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Acquisition teams
- Stay up to date on Dynamics 365 Business Central evolution
