Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software solutions, and implement robust and scalable applications using Java and React.Develop and maintain event-driven architectures, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between components.Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines using Kafka, ensuring fault tolerance and high throughput.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.Optimize software performance and troubleshoot issues or bottlenecks during development or production.Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and availability.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.Mentor and guide junior developers, supporting their professional growth and technical skills.Stay updated with the latest trends in Java, React, event-driven architecture, Kafka, and Kubernetes, applying them to improve development processes.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.Proven experience as a Java Developer/React Developer, with at least 10 years of professional experience.Deep understanding of Java and ReactJS, object-oriented programming principles.Solid knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.Experience with modern frontend tools and workflows (e.G., Babel, Webpack, NPM, Git).Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.G., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.Passion for continuous learning and technological advancement.#LI-POST#LI-SS1Maersk values diversity and inclusion, embracing different thinking styles.
