Its identity is built on a flat hierarchy and an exceptional team culture. /ppbr/ppTo support the Spain operations, Agroderivados y químicos WeGrow S.L. is looking for a Traffic Manager, based in Madrid. /ppbr/ppbTHE ROLE /b /ppAs Traffic Manager, you will be the key operational link between our global trading team and logistics, managing container and truck logistics end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution of transactions, and delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. /ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pp• Execute transactions in adherence to all applicable laws and regulations /pp• Manage container and truck logistics end-to-end, from booking through final delivery /pp• Execute contracts including documentary instructions as per sales contracts and letters of credit /pp• Manage all documentary presentations; negotiate service contracts with surveyors and update data into the contract/execution management system /pp• Check letters of credit and payment terms; request amendments to ensure validity as per sales contract terms /pp• Forward instructions to related parties, appoint surveyors, follow up on cargo and services documents, and provide final approval for issuance /pp• Obtain quotes for container and truck freight rates; negotiate rates with carriers and freight forwarders in coordination with other WeGrow offices /pp• Arrange container and truck bookings with carriers and freight forwarders /pp• Supervise loading and discharging of WeGrow's cargoes /pp• Arrange inspection services and manage third-party logistics providers /pp• Handle, resolve, and conclude all logistics-related claims /pp• Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner /pp• Ensure each transaction file is complete and properly documented /pp• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding logistics matters; external contacts include container carriers, freight agents, banks, inspection companies, and third-party commodity suppliers and receivers /pp• Provide excellent customer service internally and externally. /ppbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS /b /pp• Several years related experience in container shipping and truck logistics. /pp• Strong familiarity with international transport documentation and Letters of Credit /pp• Experience in the fertilizer or agricultural inputs industry is a plus /pp• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet tools /pp• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions simultaneously /pp• Self-starter, reliable, and accountable, a true 'go-to' person /pp• Strong team player, dedicated, and flexible /pp• English fluency (B2 or above written spoken), Spanish fluency (written spoken) /ppbr/ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /pp• A flat hierarchy and exceptional team culture /pp• Open communication and free flow of information /pp• An international, dynamic work environment in Madrid /pp• The chance to be part of a growing, innovative agri-tech company /ppbr/ppbHOW TO APPLY /b /ppIf you are passionate about logistics and want to be part of a pioneering team, we would love to hear from you.
