Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Spain to drive business development and sales growth within the Spanish market.
This role focuses on building local partnerships, expanding customer base, and supporting long-term market development in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Spain market
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and fleet operators
- Manage the full sales cycle, including tender participation and contract negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local partners
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Spain
- Support marketing activities such as industry events, exhibitions, and product promotion
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored mobility solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Spain
- Industry background in bus, coach, commercial vehicles, or construction machinery is highly preferred
- Familiarity with local market dynamics, public tenders, or fleet sales
- Strong skills in B2B sales, negotiation, and account management
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely
- Fluent in Spanish and English
