Your Role

We are seeking a proactive and data‑driven Advertising Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a central part in empowering sellers through effective advertising solutions, driving platform engagement, and optimizing campaign performance across key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
* Seller Enablement & Support
o Guide sellers through onboarding and adoption of advertising tools, ensuring clarity, confidence, and successful launch of campaigns.
o Deliver tailored training sessions, best practices, and ongoing support—via 1:1s, webinars, or written resources—to enhance advertiser capabilities.
o Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot technical or performance‑related issues with empathy and expertise.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner closely with Platform Strategy, Product, and Sales teams to align advertising initiatives with business goals.
o Translate seller feedback into actionable insights for product enhancements and feature development.
o Co‑design and lead engagement initiatives (e.g., workshops, demo days) to boost awareness and usage of ad products.
* Performance Monitoring & Optimization
o Analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) using dashboards and analytical tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
o Conduct regular audits and provide data‑backed recommendations to improve ROI for advertisers.
o Proactively identify growth levers and support sellers in scaling their ad investments effectively.
* Operational Excellence
o Streamline internal workflows and documentation to increase efficiency and scalability in campaign management.
o Develop standardized processes for reporting, QA, and onboarding to ensure consistency and quality at scale.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, account management, or performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads).
* Strong proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets), data analysis, and interpreting metrics from ad platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a valuable asset, but not mandatory.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under deadlines.
* Project management mindset with attention to detail and process orientation.
* Customer‑centric approach with a passion for enabling others' success.
Requirements

Please note this role requires to work 100% from the office. Our offices are very centric tough: Metro Station Avenida de América (Madrid).
