* We are searching for an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside our Store Manager in Gran Vìa 44. This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.

Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting
Own visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
Assist in recruitment, evaluation of potential candidates' performance, and training new team members
Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting
Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
3+ years full time experience in store management level
~ Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience
~ Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
~ Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting
~ Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
~ Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems (CEGID)
