Vacancy: Real Estate Lawyer
PropHero is at a critical juncture where transaction volume and corporate complexity are increasing simultaneously. To support this expansion, the Legal department is strengthening its capabilities with a Real Estate Lawyer who can operate autonomously on business-critical matters. This role serves as a strategic bridge within the organization, balancing commercial aggression with legal safety.
The core of this position is a unique fifty-fifty split between Real Estate operations and Corporate legal management. On the Real Estate side, the Real Estate Lawyer takes full ownership of complex, cross-border transactions. This involves leading the legal structuring, execution, and oversight of acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing. The role demands a proactive approach to drafting and negotiating high-complexity agreements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that business strategy is enabled rather than hindered by legal frameworks.
Beyond property transactions, this leader oversees regulatory compliance, proactively advising the business on changes in local and international laws that could impact operations.
Scalability is a key theme for this position. The successful candidate does not just execute transactions but builds the infrastructure for future growth. This leader designs and implements legal playbooks, templates, and processes that allow the real estate operations to scale efficiently across new markets. This requires a «builder» mindset, someone who enjoys creating order out of complexity and establishing standards that improve speed and quality.
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the Real Estate Lawyer acts as a senior figure within the team and setting standards for quality and responsiveness. The Lawyer works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Investment teams, acting as a commercially minded partner who understands that the goal is sustainable growth.
