Take your place on our strong team and help us make significant contributions to the world.**Responsibilities**:- Adhere to SOP’s, SLA’s and departmental training guideline- Manage all telephone/fax/ written / web orders within the divisions' guidelines, relay price and availability of products to customers where necessary- Deal with customer orders/inquiries/complaints efficiently and professionally as per the service level agreement- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and direct activities to appropriate departments- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication- Work on assignments/projects as part of a team- Escalate and problem solve customer inquiries and complaints without managerial support- Maintain daily customer service reports- Work on assignments/projects as part of a team- Inform customer of deals and promotions- General office duties required- Other duties: May be required to perform duties other than those given above.
