About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive fluent in Swedish to join a dynamic, multilingual marketing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will build strong client and agency relationships, design and deliver tailored digital marketing strategies, guide clients to optimize their advertising investments, and help them improve ROI. You will identify opportunities for additional marketing solutions, meet or exceed sales targets, and deliver outstanding client service via phone, video calls, and email. Your focus will be on both growth and long-term customer satisfaction.
What You Need
- Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written), plus strong English (minimum B2)
- 12 years of experience in sales or online advertising
- A BA/BS degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.G. Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube)
- Excellent communication, time-management, and analytical skills
- A results-driven, customer-focused mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising and a strong desire to learn and grow
