At Experis, we are looking to add a Security Research Engineer with a high level of English to our consulting projects department.
Role & Responsibilities :
* Collaborate with external labs, globally located engineers, program managers, and BU DE community including Dev test / QA test teams to assess feasibility of certification assurance and completion.
* Work within a team throughout the certification lifecycle, including technical documentation, network analysis, and business feasibility studies.
* Manage and oversee certification processes for specific certifications.
* Develop project plans for testing offers, including procurement of demo units.
* Present program status at key milestones and meetings.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet key requirements.
* Create and maintain project tracking documentation.
* Conduct risk assessments and explore alternatives.
* Manage projects of moderate to significant complexity.
Minimum Qualifications :
* Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish or Dutch.
* 2-3 years of experience with Common Criteria and familiarity with EU Common Criteria (EUCC).
* 6+ years of industry experience.
* Knowledge of Cisco technologies (CCNA, CCNP or similar certifications preferred).
* Understanding of networking technologies, security, IDS/IPS, routing, switching, cloud computing, cryptography.
* Self-motivated with strong IT Networking and Security skills.
* Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
* Ability to architect Cisco solutions and translate into certification requirements.
* Excellent technical writing skills.
* Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
* Apply security engineering expertise to certification projects.
* Deep knowledge of deploying and managing Cisco products and networks.
* Ability to communicate effectively with management and external vendors.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
* Willing to travel as required.
