Role Description This is a contract, free online Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will identify and approach prospective clients, present MTT's online solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing agreements. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves providing ongoing customer support, gathering feedback to improve offerings, and collaborating with marketing and product teams on sales initiatives. The Sales Specialist may contribute to training sessions for colleagues and share best practices to help improve overall sales performance.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals in a target-driven environment.
Experience in Training or mentoring colleagues and familiarity with Sales Management principles is an advantage.
Fluency in Spanish required; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
Comfort using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital sales channels. xcgbitx
