We’re seeking a motivated and experienced New Developments Sales Agent to oversee collaboration sales and support the sales strategy across all current and upcoming projects within Engel & Völkers Marbella Developments. This role involves liaising with internal and external agents, coordinating viewings, managing leads, and representing multiple developments to collaborating partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all collaboration sales activity for Azurean Marbella and other developments. Coordinate with internal and external agents to ensure accurate project representation. Manage CRM updates, lead assignment, and follow-up across multiple projects. Conduct client viewings and presentations at both the main office and on-site as needed. Provide weekly activity and performance reports. Support project marketing through agent updates, listings, and digital content initiatives. Build strong relationships with collaborators and maintain professional communication at all times. Contribute ideas to improve lead generation, conversion, and client experience across projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in new development or off-plan sales. Solid understanding of collaboration, sales and project representation. Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organised and confident, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiar with CRM systems, reporting tools, and lead tracking. Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support the project's visibility. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
