Job Responsibility: MAIN DUTIES
Training
Support the planning and execution of the annual training plan aligned with local needs and brand guidelines.
Adapt, translate and update training tools and materials for different formats and audiences (retail teams, trainers, coaching, e-learning).
Coordinate and support training sessions and ad-hoc training requests.
Manage training materials, stock and logistics, including coordination with international teams and external vendors.
Contribute to content creation, new ideas and continuous improvement initiatives, including budget follow-up.
Lead Training tracking and analysis of BCs performance/KPIs
Retail
Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance/KPIs by store and product line, identifying trends, top-performing items, and monitoring team productivity.
Manage budget and invoicing, including processing invoices, tracking expenses against budget allocations, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Support inventory planning, stock level definition, and compliance at the point of sale.
Support sales administration, including managing and assisting the Beauty Consultants (BCs) team with operational tasks and administrative processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for special projects and periodic sales analysis, contributing to the information shared with headquarters (France).
Profile: SKILLS
Enthusiastic, self-reliant, proactive and team player. Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English. Attention to detail and strong management skills. Organizational skills and sense of urgency. Knowledge of digital / IT software for the development of training materials and presentations. Sensibility for the luxury and beauty sector.
PROFILE NEEDED
MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing or related field. Master’s degree is considered a plus. LANGUAGES: English and Spanish (Fluent C1). IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms desirable. EXPERIENCE: Previous professional experience will be considered a plus. IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
