**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a.NET Technical Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**:**Job Description**:Tasks- Core task is develop/code and deploy using C# within the Aprimo solution- Implement him/herself or assist with the implementation of System Change Requests, supported by other technical consultants or 3rd party vendors, throughout the whole Change Management Life Cycle (development, test, release to production)- Support the change management process- Support the deployment to new markets- Support the coordination with the SaaS vendor APRIMO- Support the coordination with the different IT teams related to the system e.G. Level-2 Support, integrations team, etc.- Ensure continuous knowledge transfers to the Level-1 (Global Service Desk) and Level-2 Support through the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Articles in the Knowledge Database- Assist in monitoring the proper run of the Aprimo DAM, including uptime and performance- Assist with managing regular updates from the vendor (Saas releases) and communicates changes to the IT and Business Capability Lead- Create ad hoc system-related reports for different stakeholders- Look at business requirements and ask clarifying questions to confirm the requirements**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or higher in related engineering or science discipline or equivalent experience 3+ years in the area of software development and System, Service and Solution Support.Experience: 3 years in similar positionLanguage Skills: Advanced English, other languages a plus.Core Skills needed:- Proficiency in C#- Experience using.NET Core- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git- Experience working with the APRIMO DAM or Aprimo overall solution or Digital Asset Management- Experience with Azure (Web Apps, Service Bus,)- Experience building web services, Restful JSON AP- Experience in Agile methodologyWHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
