In this role you will:
- Help coordinate meeting logistics, materials and preparation activities for executive leadership meetings and external engagements.
- Schedule and maintain key meetings calendar, agenda, updates, etc to ensure meetings effectiveness.
- Utilize tools and design solutions to improve effectiveness.
- General Reporting and analytics support.
- Actively propose/execute different HR initiatives to positively impact our employee engagement plan.
- Workforce planning reports and people forecast to enable key management decisions. Get monthly insights, reports and analytics.

**Skills You’ll Need**:
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
- Passion about Technology
- First-level university degree preferred in Finance or Management
- Basic notion on business acumen
- Good verbal and written communications skills, including influence, consulting, and negotiation in English
- Advanced level in Office, especially working with PowerPoint and Excel
- Good program management skills
