Experteer Overview In this role you drive sales performance, margin and account health across EU marketplaces for the General Manufacturing and Maintenance unit in Adhesive Technologies. You collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and local marketing to optimize listings, promotions and campaigns, ensuring digital shelf excellence. You manage platform partnerships, funding and commercial alignment while removing blockers to pricing, availability and buy box ownership. You’ll lead cross-functional, data-driven actions to grow eCommerce impact in Europe.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own sales performance, margin and account health across assigned EU marketplaces
- Monitor operational performance on Amazon 1P, manage chargebacks, shortages, logistics compliance and vendor scorecards
- Lead performance discussions with platform partners and manage funding and promotions
- Identify and resolve blockers affecting availability, pricing, visibility and buy box ownership
- Coordinate visual and written content development with local marketing teams
- Create, optimize and maintain product listings across EU markets for digital shelf and SEO
- Coordinate advertising campaigns aligned with EU strategy and agency partners
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CVR, TACOS)
- Onboard additional platforms and support smaller local eCom accounts
- Support structured portfolio roll-outs and new product launches across platformsResponsabilidades
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, digital sales, or Key Account Management
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and other eCommerce platforms preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with track record of driving sales growth and account performance
- Solid understanding of eCommerce fundamentals (visibility, promotions, advertising, performance metrics)
- Analytical, able to translate data into actions
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, willing to test ideas
- Ability to work across commercial and operational topics with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English
