- As a Service Delivery Manager, your main function will be to take the responsability for operational business, review process and providing leadership and management for all personal and project related topics.
- During your day to day:
- You should have an understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations management.
- You will bring experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- You should bring familiarity with business and financial principles.
- You will bring good analytical skills, productivity/service/service relationship reporting, customer service orientation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- You will formulate strategic and operational objectives by assessing daily key performance indicators and developing improvement needs.
- You will promote, coordinate and support the work and performance of the team ensuring that they carry out tasks and perform adequately, guaranteeing their profitability and productivity.
- You will provide employees with the tools and resources necessary for the smooth running of the service.
- You will motivate, encourage and achieve the involvement of the members of your service, guaranteeing the professional and personal development of the team.

- You have 1-3 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager.
- You have experience managing teams of more than 1500 people.
- You have experience participating in the realization of commercial proposals.
- You have experience in preparing and monitoring budgets.
